What your report can show

A report that follows the inquiry

Source

Quality
Was it a customer you can serve?
Response
Was the person contacted?
Outcome
Did it become an appointment or a customer?

Your report connects marketing activity with the customer outcomes your business can record.

The problem

A report is useless if it cannot explain where customers came from.

Many reports stop at website visits or form submissions. You need to see lead quality, bookings, and sales before deciding where to spend more.

Unsure which marketing is worth paying for?

Start with the decisions you need to make. Your review identifies what is already measurable and which missing details matter most.

How this helps

Make budget decisions with clearer information.

01

See where inquiries come from

Your report connects available source information with the inquiries your business receives.

02

Understand inquiry quality

You can distinguish suitable prospects from spam and requests you cannot serve.

03

Connect spending with outcomes

Bookings and sales help you assess the value of your campaigns alongside clicks and visits.

04

Spot unanswered opportunities

Inquiry status shows where suitable prospects stop progressing or still need a reply.

How it works

From scattered numbers to a useful report.

1

Choose the decisions to support

Your goals determine which inquiries, appointments, and sales need to be measured.

2

Connect the available information

Campaigns, forms, bookings, and customer records are connected where your tools support it.

3

Understand the findings

Your report explains what changed, where information is missing, and what deserves attention next.

Questions

Clear answers before you decide.

Have another question? Include it in your review request below.

What will the report measure?

The plan starts with the business decision: useful inquiries, appointments, attended bookings, or customers. Supporting metrics such as visits and clicks help explain the result.

Can every sale be attributed to an ad?

No. Consent choices, offline activity, device changes, and missing records can leave gaps. The report explains those limits instead of presenting estimates as certain facts.

What counts as a form conversion?

A form inquiry counts when the message is successfully sent. Clicking a button or trying to send an incomplete form does not count as a received inquiry.

What do I need to keep updated?

Someone needs to record which inquiries were suitable, contacted, booked, and won. Without that feedback, advertising tools can count inquiries but cannot reliably judge their business value.
